Couriers deliver goods according to a predetermined route, so there is no possibility to choose the exact delivery time, only the desired delivery time interval can be chosen.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES ONLY BY BANK CARD (COD). Recipients of parcels will be able to pay for the goods at the time of delivery only with bank cards. Couriers will temporarily not accept cash. In case of misunderstandings with the Recipient, the courier is given the right not to leave the package.
Receipt of goods and shipment status
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address or on the basis of other data provided by the buyer, the buyer has no right to make claims against the seller due to the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
When accepting the ordered goods, check whether the goods and/or its packaging are not damaged and sign the consignment note or other document of shipment transfer - acceptance.
If you notice a violation of the package, in the presence of the courier, write notes - a free-form document about the violations of the package or refuse to accept the package. If the customer signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered intact and we do not assume responsibility for damage to the goods.

If the product does not meet the requirements or quality, the Buyer has the right to demand that it be replaced with another quality product. If the product has sold out by then, we will refund the money. All shipping costs incurred when exchanging products will be covered by FindVit.
FindVit guarantees that you will receive the products that have been ordered and paid for. If, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, FindVit knows that there may be a delay in fulfilling the order, the Buyer will be informed about this by e-mail or phone.
High-quality (unexpired, undamaged packaging) nutritional supplements cannot be exchanged or returned.
