I am Monika - a physiotherapist and specialist in naturopathy and phytotherapy.

It is my deep belief that the closer a person is to nature, natural natural conditions, the healthier he is. Therefore, in my methods I use natural means and techniques that can help a person to return to greater harmony with himself, and after regaining his strength, he feels greater harmony with the environment as well.

As a health care specialist, I help people in the rehabilitation process, after injuries, operations, prevention of chronic diseases, various musculoskeletal disorders, problems with ligament damage, irregular posture, back or other pain.

I specialize in working with children, babies, pregnant women, and women's illnesses.

Studies and courses:
In 2022, Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine, specialty kinesitherapy;
In 2020, children's physiotherapy in water and on land;
2010 3-year course in Germany. Movement quality and nutrition;
2008 in Switzerland, a 2-week course on the influence of psychosomatics on a healthy body and soul;
In 2008, a 3-year course in Tibetan medicine was completed;
In 2015, a 2-year course in acupuncture, acupressure was completed;

Meetings with local Zolinka naturopaths during an 8-year expedition to Siberia. Where I learned authentic ways to help a person maintain health through natural means. I also learned visceral massage techniques there (helps with organ prolapse and other abdominal spasms).

I am a Bioresonance specialist and holistic health coach.
In the studio, I performed a bioresonance examination of the body with the Life Expert Profi machine, which scans the current functional state of 9 body systems and 47 organs. The study is unique in that it records health deviations that a person may not feel, so it is a very important part of the body's prevention.
After the test, you receive individual recommendations for strengthening and restoring the body.
