(b) when the goods are delivered to the Findvit.com store and the Customer is informed by the contacts indicated by him about the possibility of collection (hereinafter (a) and (b) together or separately - Shipment Confirmation).

4) If Finvit.com is unable to provide the Customer with the ordered product due to important circumstances, Findvit.com has the right to offer the Customer an analogous or, as far as possible, similar product. If the customer refuses to accept the product that was offered as analogous or similar, Finvit.com undertakes to return the money paid to the customer within 14 (fourteen) working days and to cancel the customer's order.
5) Despite all efforts made by Findvit.com, it is possible that in certain cases e-mail products on www.findvit.com may be mistakenly priced incorrectly. Finvit.com checks the prices when processing the order placed by the Customer to purchase the desired goods. If an error is detected, and the price of the product is actually higher than what was displayed in the online store www.findvit.com, Findvit.com contacts the Customer with the contacts provided by him before sending the product and checks whether the Customer still wishes to purchase the product at a fair price, or would like to cancel an order placed for a specific product. If the correct price of the product is lower than that shown in the online store www.findvit.com, Findvit.com sells the product at a lower price and sends the product to the Customer, and returns the excess price paid for the product to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) working days, if the Customer is already after paying for the item.
6) The Buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product (including, but not limited to, the cases specified in Clause 7 of the Rules) caused by actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the Product. carry out orders for rare, special goods only after receiving the Customer's payment for the goods in advance;
if the Customer does not pick up the product from Varle.lt within 2 months. and if the Customer's bank account number is known, the money is returned to the Customer and the product is no longer stored.
