If the amount of the Shopping Cart is less than €29.99, an administration fee of €1.90 will be applied to cover the costs of preparing and shipping the goods.

Delivery of goods to parcel points and post offices

If you have chosen the delivery of goods to LP and LP Express, Venipak and Omniva postal machines, they will be delivered within the deadline specified for the selected item.

• OMNIVA only those goods that meet the size (19 x 35 x 61 cm) and weight (up to 10 kg) restrictions can be ordered through the post office. Standard service price: 1.90 EUR
• DPD only those goods that meet the size (19 x 35 x 61 cm) and weight (up to 10 kg) restrictions can be ordered through the post office. Standard service price: 1.90 EUR
• LP Express only those goods that meet the size (19 x 35 x 61 cm) and weight (up to 10 kg) restrictions can be ordered through the post office. Standard service price: 1.90 EUR

Delivery of parcels may take up to 4 working days due to increased occupancy of post machines.

Home delivery of goods

If you choose this delivery method, the product will be delivered to you by a courier. Items are shipped within 1-4 business days after we receive your payment. The courier will contact you before arriving.

Couriers deliver goods according to a predetermined route, so there is no possibility to choose the exact delivery time, only the desired delivery time interval can be chosen.

IMPORTANT! We would like to inform you that the procedure for delivering parcels throughout Lithuania is changing.

PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES ONLY BY BANK CARD (COD). Recipients of parcels will be able to pay for the goods at the time of delivery only with bank cards. Couriers will temporarily not accept cash. In case of misunderstandings with the Recipient, the courier is given the right not to leave the package.

Receipt of goods and shipment status

The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address or on the basis of other data provided by the buyer, the buyer has no right to make claims against the seller due to the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

When accepting the ordered goods, check whether the goods and/or its packaging are not damaged and sign the consignment note or other document of shipment transfer - acceptance.

If you notice a violation of the package, in the presence of the courier, write notes - a free-form document about the violations of the package or refuse to accept the package. If the customer signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered intact and we do not assume responsibility for damage to the goods.

Free shipping promotion

In individual cases provided by the Seller, other conditions of free delivery may be applied. In this case, together with the terms of the Free Shipping promotion, the current terms and conditions of this promotion are presented.

You can use free delivery only during the specified period of the promotion, which we inform you about in an additional message on the website. Members of the "Draugu Ratas" club can be informed separately about the days and conditions of free delivery.
